ParaRev has developed a tool which can produce the required documents (Disclosure Notice, Right to Receive a Good Faith Effort of Anticipated Charges, GFE, and Notice and Consent) which will ensure compliance with the provisions enforced in 2022. In 2023 they anticipate more enforcements which will place a greater burden on providers as they attempt to create a consolidated GFE with the charges of all co-providers and communicate with health plans to submit a GFE for all insured patients.
