Kansas is in last place in comparison to neighboring states — with the highest retail electric rates in the region for the residential class, commercial class, and industrial class.
APS is part of the Kansas Industrial Consumers (KIC) working to reduce our electric rates. This not only effects our hospitals but, our customers, and workforce. By using APS, we use our administrative fees to pay in support of fighting for fair and sustainable electric power and rates.
